My mom, sisters and I have been making this Almond Rocca for years. We are always told, "You should sell it!".  Well now I am! 

Gigi began this Almond Rocca trend, giving it as gifts at Christmas-time.  It has become highly anticipated and asked for each year.  She has passed the recipe down to my sisters and me - and the tradition continues.

Each batch is homemade at my home.
